Each item can belong to one or more categories. Toggle categories in the filter bar to show or hide them across both views.
Set an item to repeat Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, or Monthly. Add a "Repeat Until" date to cap the recurrence. Recurring items show a ↻ badge and appear automatically on the correct dates within their range.
Items with a finish date within 7 days get a yellow outline and appear in the alert banner at the top.
Type in the search box to filter by title, client, platform, or notes. Use the client dropdown to show one client's work. Uncategorized items have their own toggle.
Items with no dates appear in the Unscheduled strip above the calendar. Drag one onto a day to schedule it.
Drag any single (non-repeating) item to another day in Week or Month view. Its length is kept. Repeating items are edited from the modal.
In Week view, click the status word on an item to cycle it: Draft → Scheduled → In Progress → Done. Awaiting-assets items show ⏳.
The List view stacks the week's days vertically. It works well on phones.

Click Print in the top bar to print the view you're on (Week or Month). Choose "Save as PDF" to export it. UI controls are hidden in the print output.
The bar below the header counts active (not done) items, items due in the next 7 days including repeats, items awaiting assets, drafts, completed items, and recurring items.
Use the Backup button to save your data as JSON (full restore), export a calendar file (.ics) for Apple, Google, or Outlook calendars, or export a CSV spreadsheet. All data lives in your browser's local storage, so back up regularly.
